What is the Bubba Tim Carnivore Meat Dish Award?

What started out as something that was fun to do and fun to joke about, has taken on a life of it's own.  It is an award given by Bubba Tim (Hero of small cats and Defender of undersize lobster)  to an Egghead forum member that has demonstrated their skills on the Big Green Egg with examples of protiens being cooked on an BGE.  The BTCMD Award is something that was dreamed up to promote the advancement of cooking skills on the Big Green Egg.  It is not connected in anyway to the Big Green Egg Company and is entirely funded by myself.  All recipients will be presented with an official Bubba Tim Carnivore Meat Dish Award Hat Pin and a posting on the egghead forum about winning this prestigious award.  To be considered for the BTCMD Award, the following must be met.


1. You must be an Egghead Forum Member with a status of Gold or higher.  (You must pay your dues as a newbie.  If you have stayed around the forum to post 500 times, it shows that you are serious about sharing, developing, and growing your egg cooking skills.)

2. You must post pictures, on the Egghead forum, with a before and after pic, of Beef, Pork, Fowl, or Seafood.  Sorry, no Veggies.

3. The meat must be cooked entirely on a Big Green Egg. 

4.  Either Bubba Tim (Hero of small cats and Defender of undersize lobster) or a fellow Egghead MUST recommend you for this, the highest of Eggdome's awards.   NO SELF NOMINATING ALLOWED! 

It is just this simple. So if you are doing a massive cook with lots of MEAT (my favorite animal) or a complex gourmet meal, please post it on the egghead forum.com.  Hopefully myself or a fellow egghead will see it and you may be recommended for the BTCMD Award. Good luck!
